After submitting the signed Certificate of Resale, the purchaser will receive a revised invoice to remove the sales tax amount. The certificate must be submitted and invoice must be paid in full prior to release of the auction item. Attached Conditions of Sale Agreement and its terms are required conditions of sale. Buyer should carefully review terms prior to bidding. Please note that this item will not be released until the required Agreement has been presented to AssetAuctions. Late payment; failure to complete sale: If the winning bidder fails to pay the purchase price and other fees before the payment deadline then the winning bidder must pay a late fee equal to 2% of the purchase price to AssetAuctions. If the winning bidder fails to make full payment of the purchase price and other fees, such bidder is in default and forfeits its rights to purchase the goods, in which case the Seller may sell the goods to another bidder. A defaulting bidder will be assessed a Default Penalty of the lesser of $2,000 or his complete invoice, and will be barred from bidding on other auctions on the marketplace until the Default Penalty is paid. The Default Penalty must be paid by a method agreed to by AssetAuctions. The defaulting bidder may be subject to other claims, damages or liabilities to the Seller and/or AssetAuctions. Accepted payment methods: This auction carries a 13% buyer's premium. If paid by wire transfer a 3% discount applies to the buyer's premium. Payment information and wire information will be sent with your invoice. There will be no adjustments to the final bid price after the bidding closes. Buyers are strictly forbidden to send any third party customers onto property for the sole purpose of inspection of equipment for possible resale.
